I have 10 m of chain spliced to 40 m of anchor warp.
How do you get the warp to feed down the hawse pipe into bow locker, without a crew to pull it through ? It works well enough for the chain.
Also - what do you use to "parcel" the warp where it feeds over the bow roller to reduce chafe ? I know that I should do it, but am not accustomed to using warp instead of chain. (High tides in Bristol channel require a lot of scope.)
