How to reset a blue sea breaker?

On one of these?

We were on my mates boat and the cabin lights stopped working. The red led doesnt light up when switch os in on position. I had wrongly assumed these were fused switchpanels, and the fuse would pop out of the rhs labelled insert, but apparently not. They are circuit breakers, and couldnt see a way to reset the breaker. I was expecting to just push to reset but nowt happens.
Anyone got these panels know how it should work?

Yeah tried that, no joy. Which means the problem probably isnt just a popped breaker or blown fuse. He’ll need to check the wiring connections and wires themselves. Bugger.

At least total failure is easy to trace - intermittent faults are the devil's work (I've just been dealing with two)
