How to remove the propeller on Honda 2hp

I bought a new propeller for my old Honda 2hp 4stroke outboard. There is split pin and nothing else. When I remove the split pin, the old propeller does not come off; must be something else that is holding it back on the shaft.

If I undo the two bolts behind the propeller, the gears and gear oil will be exposed; so it can not be the two bolts. Anyone knows how to remove the prop please?

remove the pin that is all that holds it in place. gentle prising should shift it, try a rubber mallet on the hub
