I can't believe i dint think of this 20 yrs ago. What u do is let slip that you workd in a hairdressers when u were v young, long b4 u met swmbo, so of *course* u kno how to cut hair. U just thought she liked going to hairdressr at 100 bleedin quid inc glass of champagne etc. You are ace at cutting hair.
Eventually after few months or years she agrees to let u do her hair.
So, get her to wet hair, u sit behind and massage her head. That's already saved at least 20quid. Praps get her a coffee, or glass of wine and you're earning/saving towards £200 an hour.
Next, get the scissors and comb, get a bit of hair and cut off about 3 to 5mm. Enough so her shoulders get a bit of hair on is all you need, no more. Do this a few times but take ages over it. 3-5mm around ears, all round, but mostly not much. Any hair falling behind her, pick up and chuck forwards, and soon she'll say that's enuf.
Then u make massive compliments about lovely hair, far more than usual and bingo u are at least forty to sixty quid up, possibly a lot more.
Ok, now and again best send her to proper place, suggest she gets it much shorter, you say hm when she gets bak and so it'l always be better if you do (not really cut) her hair.

Nice post :-) Might I suggest an alternative? Buy a boat brokerage and rip us us bug...'s off who are trying to sell our boats.

If a boat owner considers brokerages to be a "rip off", then more fool the boat owner for using one surely? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I did this for the last 6 years full time and part time since 1997 as an honest man, and there is not much money one would there if one is honest

100 squids. You cheapskate. My SWMBO regularly spends £200-300 on a hair do. Mind you, I'm not sure what other services she's paying for. Are you available for hire?
