How to install a manual bilge pump on a boat?

I have a boat similar to the wilson flyer, could anyone explain how I can install the manual bilge pump with the handle. could anyone point me in the right direction for a decent manual pump?

have a look on ebay.from a tenner upwards or a 6 litre can from your local supermarket with a hole for scooping 4 the cheapest option.
