How to glue drysuit boots on?

I was given a drysuit by a friend who didn't want it anymore, brand new, however he cut the boots off as they were too small for his feet.

What is the process for gluing a new set on? Is it just easier to pay someone to do it?

Most kits have the glue and instructions, boots are not too difficult.

Put lemonade bottles or similar in the legs to fill them out round - makes it easier to glue the seam straight. Can't remember the proper glue though. Something two-part, I think.

That's exactly the kind of tip i needed, i've found stormoprene glue whihc is what i need, just couldn't for the life of me figure out how to keep the suit and boots stuck together as the glue dries thank you!

I've always used Seaskin people for that kind of things in my kayaking days. (www.seaskin.co.uk). Quick and painless.

I've always used a 2-pot contact glue called Alpha S2000 for neck seals - smells like evostick. Hence no need to hold while it sets. But, I totally agree with the bottle trick. If you can't get one that fits, consider balloons. Also, get some tape & glue that over the join. I makes it more rugged.
