How to get navtext from radio to pc

Bored so having a play with this programme on my pc. I've got a roberts r9914 radio which has ssb. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to find 517khz. Any ideas please

But the rtl can't do navtex, it doesn't receive that low.

You are quite correct, I should have mentioned that you need a converter.
