How to gel coat some screw holes?

My boat has some redundant anchor chocks on the foredeck and I would dearly like to remove them and make good. There will be 14 or 16 screw holes when I remove all the chocks and lacing saddles. The deck is cored. It might be balsa core or the modern equivalent, I seem to have come across both types when I have been doing other jobs. Look forward to any advice. Mike

I use pipe cleaners to wet out small blind holes

Small piece of sponge dipped in epoxy, squeeze into hole.
allow to cure.
counter sink bit to make a bit of space
drop of colour matched flowcoat into hole (just proud)
sand / polish

Or use a syringe for the epoxy
