We decided that our venerable Tinker needed a little tlc before someone reported us to the R.S.P.C.T. We bought a cleaning kit from these people http://www.ribstore.co.uk/shop/home.php?cat=61 and were astonished by the results achieved with very little effort.

The after part has been cleaned and "preserved", the middle just cleaned and the forward part is untouched. Excellent! Will now us this on the rib.
