Hi, when I was at Sealine, one 2.5ltr tin would have been enough for that size of boat.

I think that might be enough to cover the bottom, but I very much doubt it would provide the thickness of paint that the paint company specify. Work it out from their recommedations, buy that much paint and keep applying it until you have used it. The required thickness is very important and lack of it is why some people report very poor performance.
depends on how much you want to keep boat in the water...
for 3 months a good 1 coat will do
for 4 - 9 months 2 coats will do (or try 1 coat but an additional coat in sensible areas) spray rails / waterline and aft part
for 1 year plus consider 3 coating
I used 9 litres giving Rogue 2 coats of Cruiser Uno. 1 year in and it's looking as good as new with only a light coating of very short grass, no barnacles.
There was a calculation on the International site, and it was about right.
I've cleaned a fair amount off with a sponge at the waterline and as far down as I can reach with a snorkel. Will scuba to do the rest sometime soon. I think I'll get at least 2 years out of it, possibly more.
If it was really critical it's not that hard to clean off. Given the fuel saving for a mobo, it's probably worth a lift, jet wash/scrub, and back in, but it certainly wouldnt need re-antifouling
