JUST WONDERED HOW MANY PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM ARE 24/7..365...LIVE ON BOARD PEOPLE....

Don't know how many are doing it, but we are! Why not post it as a 'survey' - easier to read? It would be interesting to know the answer.

PS the title of the thread is not likely to appeal to many other than the curious - maybe start a new thread with an appropriate title, or change the title if possible?

I have been since may, but SWMBO came down the marina today and insisted I come home to do some jobs on the house! should be back on the boat by the end of the month though.

I have not voted - spent 10 years as a live-aboard round the world but did sometimes go to places without the boat to turn a buck... Currently I am in a house and because of personal circumstances cannot sail much. Hopefully time will change this and then I will move aboard again and head for the South Pacific via Brazil..

we are onboard! I have been since june 1998 and my partner Sue has been onboard for the last 2.5 years couldnt live in a house again!

2 adults plus a miniature schnauzer.
Moved on the boat September 2005 and are heading off to the med next spring/summer

We went out to our boat in Greece in March and came back at the end of August. I did something similar for the last ten years. We plan to do the same for the next few years.

I am not going to ask 'what am I?'. Too risky. I think I am 'liveaboard'. Polite opinions welcome.

Now liveaboard about half of each year.
