Which one?
Big boat?
Racing Boat?
Tender?
Inflatable Tender?
Inflatable Canoe ?
Radio controlled boat?

Fleet has somewhat diminished in recent years ...

Rubba Dub 2.3m
Walker Bay 8 2.75m
GRP Dinghy with hole in bottom 3.0m
Selway Fisher Dart kayak 14ft
Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 10.7m

If you want to get specific...how short is your 2-man sailing dinghy?

Ours is 7'6"
The 2 man one - is 14'10" or 4.52m and carries 309 square foot of sail.
Certainly not the shortest or the fastest one I've sailed - nor even the most fun ... but it suits our needs at the moment.

Since when was an 18ft Skiff only 12ft long???

There's a clue in there somewhere...

Well my boat has 35i in decals at the water line. When a berthing master asks "how long is your boat", when visiting somewhere, I always point to the decals and say 3.5 metres. It hasnt worked yet.:D

galadriel,

if it says '35i', of course it's 35inches...

There was a discussion about this on the mobo forum recently, suddenly all those decals on the side saying ' Maximum Thrusting Dominator 11 Metre ' on 9 metre boats doesn't seem such a wizard idea.
