A friend of mine is currently participating in a course teaching yachting basics (in Russian). The course is supposed to be finished with RYA exam which will be in English. Since she does not speak English well and there are only a few months till the planned exam -- what should we do? What kind of conversations should she be able to take part in, and what kind of vocabulary does she need to know? I am good enough in English but did not sail abroad so have no clue what situations and dialogues should we practice. And maybe there is an approved list of terms one should understand for exam?
