How fast is fast enough

First motor boat was a Fletcher Arrobolt 21 with 55mph. Then a Cougar Predator 35 also with 55mph. Family meant a Princess V39 which has a decent turn of speed as well. Now a Fleming 55 and we've found 8kts is perfect. Glide with the sea without fighting it. Arrive refreshed, not tired or physically beaten around.

So, for us, from high speed to slow. But I still want a high speed RIB - just to play with, you understand....
