How far is it from Penton Hook to Bates Wharf?

Not being to familiar with the river, but looking at Google Earth/ maps it seems to be about four miles?
Is there a lock on the way?

Penton Hook lock to Chertsey lock is about 2 miles. Bates Wharf marina is about half a mile downstream of Chertsey lock.
