how do you post an email

Can anyone tell me how I can post an email that I received recently on the forum? it is only a joke mail but contains both text and animated pictures, as you can probably tell I am not a boffin so any suggestions in easy English please. I can post it to you if it helps as I said a joke but well worth viewing! By the way it has been virus checked.

I'm hazarding a guess here...

Prior to posting here, and assuming the animated pictues are animated gifs, you should load the pictures into an internet photo host such as photobox or photo bucket. You should then load the text as text in the post and at the right spaces, load the URL's to the pictures that you loaded into the photo host. Dunno if photo hosts support animated gifs though?

that's pretty much it.
Animated gifs are supported on majority of hosting sites that support gif (some only support jpg)

Have received two pm`s from other helpful forumites then forwarded the mail direct to them for help. I think they are more computer literate than me. Can forward it to you if you like it has been checked for viruses
