The forum does not host pictures itself, so you have to have your pic on a web server with an address (URL) that the forum can link to.
If you have your own web space and an FTP program you can upload your pic to that space.
Otherwise (and easier) go to a service like Photobucket where you can upload your pics from your computer using their software onto their server.
When you post your message you need to click on Image in the Instant mark-up boxes. It only works on the Reply option, not the Quick Reply.
To find the URL of the image (Photobucket displays it for you) view it on the chosen server in your browser window and click on the address bar at the top of the window, this should highlight the web address. Press Control and C and you've copied the URL.
When you have clicked on Image in the Mark-Up boxes a window will open with "http://" in it. Just press Control and V and your image address will appear in the window. Follow any further instruction from there..
Only press the Image Mark-up button when you have reached the point in the message you wish to insert the picture.
Oops. forgot to mention. Don't upload pics staright from your camera. They'll be far too large . Probably need to be max 700 pixels wide.
I haven't used Photobucket myself so it may be that they have resizing facilities on the site (but I doubt it)
Have a look at my webpages on my signature or HERE. I have written a tutor to cover this very question. It is step by step so you should, at the end of it have a photograph in your message.
Both Lake salior and Ships woofy are very detailed, I have kept a copy to try myself.
You shouldn't take note of an idiot like me but you did ask for the easist way.
