How do I clean tube stacks?

Hi there

I'm taking my aircharge coolers apart - one of the nuts at the end broke so I'm having to clean the ends anyway to reseal it all properly - and it has been recommended that I clean the tube stacks.

Does anyone know an easy way to do this?

While I'm at it, I was going to take the snail off the turbocharger to clean inside - will I need a new seal? What should the turbocharger nuts be torqued-up to?

Mine will be going in the dishwasher in the first instance. Having taken one of the connecting castings off I know there is a fine layer of oil over the surfaces so need to clean that off first. Depending on the tube diameter a phone call to a local gun shop might procure something suitable to pull though.
