How do I cancel my PBO and YM subscription?

Having been a subscriber for years I'm now disillusioned. Both YM and PBO seem to be travelogues of places I'll never sail to and a 'best buy' test of masking tapes seemed to me a bit desperate and almost comic. Add to that the new size and thin format and I'm just not happy to subscribe any more.
But my subscriptions were taken our years ago and I need to identify the direct debit mandates on my internet banking. SWMBO asked me for the names to look out for and I just don't know. Can anyone help or do I have to wait until the next issues arrive to look on the coversheet with my address on?

I cancelled mine by email with magazinesdirect@quadrantsubs.com. They needed my subscription number which I was able to find out at https://www.mymagazine.co.uk/FindYourSubscription?jcode= . In fact it looks like you might be able to cancel there directly without emailing anybody, though I seem to remember this not working for me.

I cancelled mine by ringing magazines direct. I had no idea what my account number was but they could find it from my address.

Your account number is the reference on your direct debit.
