a boat caught up on the yellow no mooring barrier next to Dorney.
He was well inside the exclusion area with his stern caught up in the line.
Nearly offered to help but with my single drive and no bow thruster and with the wind direction as it was I didn't want to get caught out myself.
Hope he finally got free.

Was it a blue wide beam narrow boat called Sand Pebbles? If so, engine failure... He was there for HOURS!!

Not a NB and i'm not so clued up on what you would call the type of boat but he did have an outboard.
