How cold will it go? Monday's 10-14 day outlook 9/1/12

Hi,

My forecast of the weather turning cooler next week appears to still be on track, but how cold will it go? Some talk on the internet of a 'Siberian Freeze' but I'm certainly not thinking along those lines.
