We've just come back today from 10 days out. We had it booked with work etc for months but completely lucked-out on the weather! It's been a scorcher!
As we came through Bray lock coming back into the marina there were boats every 30 yards as far as the eye could see... a lot of boats from Bray in the queue that I recognised and it might have been organised as everyone seemed very dressed up. Anyway, I appreciated the on-ceremony "welcome home"... ;-)
To answer your question... extremely busy! Bray was very empty and DA at Cookham was completely empty bar 5?? boats.

1 day polishing topsides, now lethal to walk on
1 day scrubbing waterline and polishing hull as best as possible
1/2 day buffing fittings, windows, rearranging burgees etc and fenders.
Result: almost bought a tear to my eye it did! Still in pain, but have the piccies...
The sailpast was well attended, with around 16 boats in all. Nice meet up afterwards too!
