How assertive is your horn?

I'm working overlooking Brixham harbour and seeing and hearing lots of boats doing their sound signals. I was wondering if the quality and length or your horn reflected your personality eg big long horn says you are confident and proud; little short horn nervous and insecure.

My horn is rechargable, but doesn't get used very often- only when I can't see.

Any opinions?

I'd go for 5 blasts like the General Lee in Dukes of Hazards horn. That should make intentions clear.

There are three types of horns:

1) The "Hi. I'm over here. Please observe my presence horn."
2) The "Get out of my way horn."
3) The "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY HORN."

I would opt for #3.
