Houseboat available soon(ish)

I'm about to strip a trawler of usable gear, winches etc. and then will clean the hull ready for the next owner.
c. 60' wooden hull in good condition but currently sunk on 1/2 tide mud mooring in Plymouth area.
Please post if you are a serious dreamer.
