House in Mallorca for Sailboat querry

Hello, was wondering where i might look to find someone willing to lend a boat in return for using my Mallorca estate (3 bedroom house with pool).
Does anyone know of any good place to seek such connections?

I have my summer planned already. If you want to do this next year, I have a 35 foot sailboat in Barcelona. just need some ahead planning, like around Easter.
