Hotel for the boat show,

Hei,Can anybody recomend a good hotel within easy traveling distance for the boat show in London,we are dad,mum & 2 children,thanks,

Ealrs Court (nov) or Excel (Jan) the first there are loads all around kensington just google or hotels.com they will have space! Excel there are none near that are cheap you may want to stay at the Tower Hotel at Tower Bridge that way you can go sightseeing as well. would fill you in more but about to rush out door!

Two nearby Hiltons - Caanary Wharf, very modern and cutting edge, or Docklands (actually Rotherhithe on the south side) which is more characterful, also has its own landing stage for the Thames clippers, very easy to get across.
Hilton has a reputation for being expensive, but book far enough ahead and you can usually get some cracking deals. Used to spend around 2 days a week at the Rotherhithe one and would thoroughly recommend it. Cracking river views too !!
