Hi, try this for breakfast or at any time for that matter... small cup of oats 100g, same amount of milk, 1 egg, desert spoon of mixed vine fruit, cinnamon or mixed spice or anthing you fancy... mix it all together, chuck it in the biggest frying pan you have... cook each side for 10 mins... ie the time it's taking me to write this... turn it over and cook the other side for 10 mins... all on a low heat, put some runny honey or anything you have to hand on top... hey presto you have a quick, hot and delicious flapjack thingy, easy to make on a boat, which is also low glycemic and full of natural goodness... keeps me going past lunchtime!!! now how good is that?... come back soon with one of your recipies perhaps?Tony.
