Hi,
In my search for information regarding the plywood 22ft Hornblower yacht, I have come across a web site that may interest many of you.
The site is www.yachtbrochures.co.uk
They can supply a great many builders brochures and sailing trial reports with regard to lots of yachts past and present.
If you ever wanted information about any yacht, then it will probebly be worth your while checking out their comprehensive list on their web site.
I am still searching for any information or photos of Hornblower yachts, so if anybody could supply any that would be great.
Best Wishes
Andy G.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes I came across that before but though £10 + £2 handling charge a bit expensive.

Good luck in your search for info and photos.

Yes, expensive. By the way, a copy of the brochure for Upham's composite Twister is available from me for only £8 + £2 handling! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hello again,
No I have no financial interest in the site, exept for the fact it benefitted from my £12.00, which bought me a five page article on the Hornblower which had photos and a sea trial write up.
It also bought me a four page builders specification regarding the 17ft Colvic Falcon yacht which I sail.
For £6.00 each I thought not a bad price, you cant take it with you so you might as well spend it and enjoy.... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hornblowers designer Percy Blanford also designed the Lysander. We probably sailed ours further offshore than he ever intended but she allways looked after us .
