Lucky nobody was hurt by the falling mast. Looked like somebody had gone into the water, too.

Tide more than wind, as a strong ebb was flowing through the harbour.

Excelsior was departing (to scatter some ashes at sea). Unfortunately, some misguided soul decided to give her a hand by slipping the last rope before she was ready. As a result, she couldn't spring off properly, and ended up athwart the tide, fouling Grand Turk on the way.

I'm surveying GT later this week, during her (programmed) dry docking period. Could be interesting...
