Hello, I have a mint Honwave T38 with an air floor which I bought new 9 years ago. It is taken on holiday once a year and used on approx. 4-5 days. It was fine on holiday in June but when we inflated it to use it again in August one half of the air floor went flat overnight. We swapped both the valves in the floor and filled the boat up with fresh water but didn't get a single bubble. We had great difficulty finding any leaks and eventually found a few small air bubbles coming from a joint on the underside edge of the hull where the transom tape joins the bow. We patched it up and it stopped that leak but the floor still went down. In sheer desperation in middle of nowhere in the Highlands we bought some top of the range Kevlar off-road cycle tyre sealant and put a litre in the chamber. We rotated the boat 360° and inflated the boat and it appeared to work. It stayed up overnight and the next day we went out on the water and it was successful for half a day, but then suddenly we noticed the floor deflating and by the time we got back to base an hour later the floor was completely flat. Any suggestions or recommendations? Has anyone used and is Polymarine Marine Sealflex any good for this type of problem?
