Honwave inflatable parts?

We have inherited a hon wave t38ie. Have discovered that the rowlock nut is seized solid and in my or previous owners attempts to un- seize the rowlock plastic housing is cracked and damaged.
A google search has not revealed the spare part so I am wondering if anyone has found a supplier for such bits and pieces?
Ideally I will need to replace the rowlock fitting.

Thanks for the links folks. It may be the link Stork_lll listed has what is required. The shape of the plastic collar may be different. I will be contacting a dealer on Monday.
