We have had 2 'V' floor air ribs in the family (2.7 &3.2), the performance is excellent with either low or high power engine options. The floor is very rigid and the boats track well and give a decent dry ride. We have owned them less than a year so cant comment on long term durability. Big tubes and clever design give more internal volume than other similar sized tenders.

My only issue is the weight of them.

I can only echo the above opinion.

We have a Honda 2.7 with the aerodeck floor which makes for a very dry ride even in a slop, (no need to slow down to stay dry when going through waves/wakes)

Tube diameter and floor rigidity is great, load carrying is great and well above the official rating. Rowing is easy and more like rowing a rigid than an inflatable. Also good with outboard.

The weight was a bit of a surprise at 35 (ish) kilos if I remember rightly- but manageable.

Can't comment on lifespan as we are in our first season. All I will say is that as we bought for liveaboard use I balanced long life and high value against lower cost and the probability of it getting nicked at some point and decided on a lower capital investement with a cover to keep off the UV when not in use.

Would I buy another one? Definitely, based on my experience so far.
