I've lost my owners manual and need to undertake the annual maintenance of the outboard before our 2 week holiday. Does anyone know where I can get one electronically ?

May I ask why? There's nothing in it apart from a few patronising cartoons and advice not to touch the propellor when it's running.

It doesn't even tell you which side to lay it on to stop it filling up with oil.

Quick clean, change the oil ... thats about it.

I haven't serviced mine in 5 years. It starts first pull. When it takes 2 pulls I'll service it!

Just reminded me- I have a brand new one and used it fof an emergency (after it had about 8 hrs use) and it seized. It was stowed in the correct position but following investigation all the oil was in /beneath the v-berth slatted floor.Spoke to Honda at the boat show and they assured me that i needed a new engine. Bored one evening i stripped it.. re-built it and its done loads of work ever since with no problems..first pull!
