Honda 2hp with tender 2.4m

I have a honda 2hp outboard and thinking of buying a honda wave 2.4m inflatable dingy (the one with inflatable keel and floor). Is this combination OK, or will the engine be two weak? I am not interested in planing. Just get myself, wife and 2 kids at the beach when at anchor. Plus I will not be using it much.

I have a Honda 2hp on a 2.6m waveline flatfloor. Perfectly adequate 2 up,4 at a pinch, not fast but does OK.

Got the little Honda 2.3 on a Plastimo 2.4m. Slatted floor. No issues, works really well. 3 + 2 dogs.
