Despite trolling the net, avoiding the dodgy looking sites, I have been unable to locate a service manual for the wee Honda. I have the Celoc Honda manual but it is a bit too generic and more aimed at the bigger engines. Any help would be appreciated as I need to fix an oil leak somewhere in the engine block.

Many thanks

Chris

Hi Chris. If your engine is a Bf2d with centrifugal clutch your oil leak will be a corroded rocker cover. To go the job correctly you will need to remove the powerhead. The fasteners for the rocker box usually need heat to prevent them breaking so don't attempt the job with powerhead in situ.
Not pushing business but I have them in stock and lady I bought off honda there was a wait for stock.
Regards Steve

I had it stripped to be able to see that the cover was the likely culprit but as you say, I'd need to remove the whole thing from the casing to access it.

Jury is out as to whether to sell it for spares or repair.

Many thanks to all.
