Should a scrotish looking bloke - or even one in pink trousers - offer you a great price on a second hand Tohatsu 6hp sail pro or Honda 2.3 short shaft I would be very grateful if you could have a careful look at them.

I had two outboards nicked from my shed this month

the Honda is a real Frankenstein of a thing. The head of a 2.3 wedded to the leg of a 2.0 and with a curious rubbery push button stop where the safety cut out should be.

the Tohatsu is much less distinctive and a much better engine. If you see it then buy it - it is a great deal. The only distinguishing feature is that the safety catch that stops you from starting the engine in gear has been wired up. It stopped you from ever starting the engine. So unlike most other Tohatsus this one will happily start in gear

I made a little film about scrotes, sheds and g00gle

Dylan - your theft reminds me of this article in today's Mail

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ells-confronting-two-men-urinated-garden.html

Once again, the innocent person who was trying to persuade scum to behave properly is held in police cells. Peeing in your garden is not in the same league as the thieving bastards who stole your stuff but you sometimes wonder exactly who is the criminal and who is the victim these days.

Do people break into houses and sheds in Sharia Law countries? Not that I'm advocating Sharia Law but until thieving scum start to see that the "pain of punishment v proceeds of crime" equation is hugely weighted against committing the crime, I can't see things getting any better.

Of course, we have to leave the EU/ECJ/ECHR before this becomes remotely feasible. :)

FiL's home was broken into a couple of weeks ago so I'm ready to dispense divine retribution against all thieving scum! :encouragement:
