Outboard issue? I have a 15hp Honda outboard. Starts on first pull and get plenty of revs when in neutral but when I shift into forward I get very low power and can’t get the boat to plain. I’ve taken the prop off to check for any fishing line or corrosion but all looks well. Any advice would be much appreciated before I take it to my local marina cheers
