Going up stream it is just before the ballast hole, next to the Blackwater Sailing Club

No, but one of my neighbours was, the house that they described as like an Australian house. The house was originally built for Lord Donald Stokes of BMC, as it was then. He sold it to a friend of mine who died about 10 years ago and was bought and modified by the present owners
