Holland fuel berths

Last year went to Holland on "accompanied" trip.
Most boats needed fuel to "guarantee" getting home.
Phone calls to a couple of marina's suggested they might have 200 litre tanks.
Not a lot of good when you alone need 200 lites to fill up!
Just bought latest Imray Holland Cruising.
But it has no details on fuel availablity at any marins's.

Now i know there is a pilot guide with the info...cos someone had one.
