Is it recommendable to spend a week on the Thames, what are the places to be? I am in London now, perhaps going further on Thames.
Are there also natural places to berth?
And my boat is 18 m x 5, 4.50 high, 1.25 deep

Thames Trip

There is nowhere really 'natural' to berth between London and beginning of the non-tidal section at Teddington. So you need to catch a good flood tide up river and lock through at Teddington. Hampton Court is then a good place to head for - if you can find a space.
Can you reduce your air draught ? 4.5 mts will restrict you on several bridges, and in fact you'll have to make sure you go up on the 'young' flood to clear Hammersmith Bridge, the lowest on the tidal section.
A map (Chart) of the upper reaches showing the bridge clearance heights is essential - you could probably get one from Thames Ditton Marina (up river of Teddington).

If you can't reduce your air draft you won't get further than Ham Bridge which is just above Old Windsor lock. That will severely restrict your cruising unfortuantely.

There used to be a Princess 65 that was moored at Ted or it may have been a 20 meter I cant remember but we used to skipper it every now and again but only ever got as far as Hampton Court, however it was stripped bare above.

There are many nice bits of the river below Windsor, you will not miss that that much if you can go no further than Windsor.

I can reduce the height untill 4.10 cm. Is that enough?

I assume you mean 4.10 meters ?

Your limit will be Windsor Bridge with a declared height of 13' 2"

You can see the height of all the bridges on the Thames HERE and there's lots of other useful info on that site as well.

I would certainly suggest you venture up through Teddington and visit Hampton Court (mooring right outside!) at the very least. Passage up to and beyond Staines will not be a problem and between Staines and Windsor there are several suitable mooring spots.

Do post a photo of the boat, sounds interesting.

If you pass Sunbury Sat or Sun I might see you, duty officer at Middle Thames for the weekend then taking Jedi up to Chetsey Meads to get bent bits dealt with by insurance company.
