Holiday cottage / boat

we are coming back to the UK first week of July and looking to take a holiday on the south coast - West of Southampton down as far as Cornwall.

We need a cottage or even a boat
- sleeps 6
- near to river / sea / water
any suggestions ??

Well lots of choice, Salcombe, Plymouth, Fowey, Falmouth + lots of smaller places. BIL rented a cottage in Mylor last summer, great spot and had it's own mooring (but no boat). How's things in Egypt?

You could take MF for a spin. She'd really enjoy a visit to the West Country again.

Mind you'd have to pick her up from Wales and take her back. But she dont mind that.
