Good afternoon:
I suppose I should have dug up the original thread on this subject but will spare everyone reading/scrolling through all the previous posts by starting a new one. I am sure that any one interested will recognize the subject heading.
The monthly Tea and Talk was held at Netsel Marina this morning which I forgot to attend however I have just received an e-mail with a summary of the matters discussed which states:
The Blue card is still undecided since there are contradictory laws and regulations, plus court cases against the blue card that currently make any implementation regarding black and/or gray tanks, pump outs, etc. not possible. It is estimated that the blue card will not go into effect this year.
I think anyone interested can consider this matter firmly on the "back burner" for now and the immediate future. I hope those contesting the matter of seahorse protection on the south coast has as much success.
Cheers
