High-thrust props

I have a 25' yacht with an 8hp Suzuki outboard as main engine - therefore poor 'brakes'. Difficult to manoeuver in a busy marina/lock. Any info out there regarding high-thrust prop to fit the above engine.

Dont know that particular engine, but I fitted one to a bigger engine and it revolutionised the astern performance (boat actually stopped when I wanted it to!)

Thanks Talbot, I am looking for suppliers, tech advice, etc. I cannot find anything useful on line and there is no-one locally. I could do with a company name to start with.

I had a yamaha dual thrust prop machined to fit a honda 30hp. Luckily the splines were the same. Made a vast difference. If the splines are the same on the suzuki a prop repair shop should be able to alter the length of an equivalent prop.
