Here comes the flood

According to the EA the flooding is coming.

Apparently most of us are "in denial" about flooding according to Baroness Young. Are you in denial, or are you prepared?

Well! I for one wasn't aware there was a warning scheme one could sign up for which doesn't say much for their PR and Advertising. Not that I am worried about my place flooding apparently even in 1949 my house didn't flood and the major flood a few years back was still a good 100 yards or so away.

We signed up to it 'cos the previous owner told us about it, and they were affected by the Jubilee river experience. Have also been advised to buy some waders BEFORE we need 'em....
