Was speaking to one of the Jesters at last night's Dinner he said he could pick up Herbie's radio forecasts virtually all the way down to the Azores on a small portable Roberts radio.

I forgot to ask the wavelength that he was receiving them on.

Any offers?

Many thanks

Heard the other day that he might be packing it in, though that was at the bar ;)

I could only just get him up near bermuda on a degen 1103, which was picking up weatherfax fine. :( Ham radio now installed should be much better.

Though not terribly convinced about handing your routing over to someone else, even with his track record. Steer your own boat and be your own weatherforecaster. If you're cruising then sooner or later you'll have to stand on your own feet so why not get started. :)
