Henri Lloyd Biscay Jackets

I bought 2 of these in over a year ago now and noticed now that the blue colour has
started to run when they were washed as per the instructions, I have emailed the company and am awaiting their reply. Would they just replace the jackets or will I have a fight on my hands?

I would say they should replace them, however you cannot prove you washed them correctly, but if it was me, I would replace them, for goodwills sake.

Hope your well. I work for Henri Lloyd and I would recommend that you post the jacket back to us with the postage receipt to:

Henri Lloyd Ltd
Smithfold Lane,
Worsley,
Manchester
M28 0GP

We can then test the jacket here to see if it is a manufacturing fault. If we find that it is we will replace the jacket if we have it in stock or alternatively find something similar in the current stock if it is not available. The shipping will also be refunded if the jacket is found to have a fault. If the jacket is not a manufacturing fault we will return this to you and not reimburse the postage.

Thanks for your reply, I have since been in touch with the company from whom I purchased them from, and have sent the Jackets back to Henri Lloyd today with a reference number. Good to see you on here though
