Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a mooring for the weekend? I have a Shetland family 4 with approx 24" draft.

The festival are wanting £102 a night bases on £17 a metre. Looking for somewhere within walking distance. I do not require shore power etc.

Best wishes

Jon

Depends on how far you want to walk, I guess Steves prices will be similar to the official moorings would be interested to find out. Will be upstream of the site nearer the bridge the cheaper it should be. If you don't mind the walk then upstream of the bridge is the council moorings at a tenner a night.

I've booked with Steve, upstream of the festival midway between it and the bridge and on the opposite side at Fawley Meadow. It's quieter there, has very few people walking past and is a £5.00 each way ferry ride to the festival or a walk to town, over the bridge and back down again on the other bank. Cost is £44.00 from Friday to Monday. See you there.
