Hi I was wondering if someone could help me tell me the make and model of my boat
Sometimes it helps if you reduce the quality or if it’s on your phone or tablet, rotate the view of it and it sometimes reduces its size. Keen to see her. I love a wee “what’s this boat” post on a Sunday night !Sorry I thought it had but really hard to post pictures
Quite sure she is a Birchwood 20.
Yes mate it is You’re a geniusQuite sure she is a Birchwood 20, without double checking. Have a look for yourself. She’s likely from the 70’s or very early 80’s. check that hull for osmosis though. Often these are left in inland water ways for years on end without being lifted to dry out for far too long. Old Birchwood boats and other like them, although well built things…are well known to suffer osmosis. Often hidden with a nice coating of paint or antifoul
Haha. Perhaps I’m just more obsessed by boats, than any person probably should be. Life long affliction!Yes mate it is You’re a genius
Check her transom over too. Most of these I’ve seen recently have small engines on them for pottering about. But I knew if one that had a lovely Yamaha 2 stroke 70hp on her. Fairly capable hull in their day.Yes mate it is You’re a genius

No. But depending on where you use her, some areas require a general registration or BSC of sorts. Have a wee look into it.Thankyou for answering that for me just one more thing I need to give my boat a name do I need to register this
