eberspacher help.

hi,

hope somebody can help.... have an eberpacher d 3l, just got a new thermostat on/off switch, don't suppose anybody knows where each wire goes? have looked at a wiring diagram but can't make head nor tail of it tbh..

i have a
brown
red
black
yellow
black/white
black/green. & lilac

forgot to mention the thermostat terminals are numbered 1 to 6 with a T at the end

any advice greatfully recieved.

Eberspacher D3L Wiring

Attached is the manual for the D3LC. Pages 13 and 16 show the wiring for the various controls and include the colour coding for the thermostat.

I have successfully fitted a D1LC using this manual so it should have what you need. let me know how you get on. If necessary, I can examine my wiring to see if there is anything else that you need to know. I vaguely remember that I had to cut a link somewhere to disable the internal thermostat on the D1LC.
