Part No 129171-44110
Heat Exchanger Core; For a Yanmar 3JH2E diesel. Same part also fits a -BE Yanmar.
New or used but sound and definitely non-leaking, either would oblige.
Using non-marine diesel engine parts not a possibility, being Yanmar.
S*ds Law of the Sea decides this went semi-phut this February on a weekend frozen, sodden Rally to the Fleshpots of Gosport, and is leaking slowly empty in 2hours of motoring.
SLOS also decides that Yanmar do not have any(ie NOT even One!) in stock Globally, but MAY? make some more to arrive in UK possibly around 04th June 2013, despite best efforts of John Cutler and E.P.Barrus/Yanmar UK to try and source one somewhere/convince Yanmar that for me, time is of the essence.
They have not given up on Yanmar yet, and a epoxy bodge of the old one might work if all else fails, but...
....We had planned to sail North to Stockholm, leaving at the end of this April, the Solent Glamour Scene behind us for a few months. Large spanner in the timetable
I said to John, i'd throw myself on the mercy of the Forum this afternoon, in case someone had a spare non leaking one tucked away in the garage/shed/workshop they might want to move on/flog/even lend until a new one arrives, gaining brownie points from SWMBO/Bookkeeper/Bank Manager.
So, can anyone help?
